For corporate gifts, we'll conveniently set a meeting to discuss details and provide samples.
TIME INVOLVED:
Depending on the item, we have different times for production, delivery, and shipping.
The minimum turn around time for Candy Bouquet is between 24 -48 hours. For chocolate
truffles, Brazilian candies, Candy buffet, Wrappers, and some personalized chocolate items, allow
10-15 days for production and shipment after your order is completed (weekend and Holidays not
included).
For imported flower candy cups, the time is 60-90days.
Our goal is to provide you the best product in the shortest amount of time possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all major credit cards or payments through Paypal. You can place your order by
phone, however we recommend that you use Paypal. It's a quick, safe and easy way; you can use
e-checks, credit and debit cards as well. You must log in (for existing account users) or register
(new users), in order to provide Kitchen Kreations with complete billing and shipping informations.
Kitchen Kreations will not retain any of your financial information when you use Paypal.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Truffles, Brazilian candies, custom candy wrappers and personalized items may require a
minimum quantity.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
All food items that we offer on our site are non-refundable.
Non-refundable: Chocolate, candy, gourmet food, candy buffet, specialty cakes, custom
wrappers, and personalized items.
We are not responsible for mis-spelling or the wrong date. The form that we provide you should
contain: text, date, color, etc (all information necessary to process your order).
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable after it has been processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed to receive
complete refund.
