After all, that is the philosophy of my chocolate business. Kitchen Kreations wants to make your moment very special.

I had a special treat to being born and raised in a tropical paradise, Brazil. I have experienced a variety of great flavors as passion fruit, mango, pineapple, coconut and guava; and with success I've been incorporate them into my recipes.

I come from a very big family that loves to celebrate and enjoys getting together to share any occasion. We always made lost of food, especially sweets. Everyone's favorite is always chocolate. The traditional chocolate cake as well as the "brigadeiro" (chocolate fudge candy) could not be missed. This pretty much explains my chocolate addiction.

In spite of all the culinary influences in my family, I decided to make my own path as an industrial psychologist. I spent eleven years in Human Resources working in training and development. During this time, I lost my mentor, my father and I took over his successful printing business. I had my hands full for many years, but it provided to be very challenging and rewarding at the same time. This made me a very strong, positive and determined woman to succeed in life.

I decided to make another significant change in my life, move to United States, the land of unlimited opportunities. With my master degree, work experience and courage, I arrived by myself looking forward to my new life in Texas, place that I call home. Here I found my heart: my best friend and companion, my husband Gary. I didn't' expect that the changes here could have been so great, but they do say "things are bigger in Texas".

I truly believe I have many reasons to celebrate life. This is why I have chosen to put my heart and passion into something that not only makes me happy, but makes others happy too. And there is nothing better than making people smile and enjoy a moment of life. What better way than through cakes, cookies, pastries, or even better, chocolate! Kitchen Kreations was born from the best of both countries, fulfilled with creativity ideas, ready to celebrate your special moment.
